A Place of Peace AFH, LLC is a Licensed non-ambulatory AFH, under Wisconsin Administrative code DHS 88, skilled to provide continuous direct care above room and board to 4 non-related male/female adults 18 years old or older. A place of peace specializes in the care of adults with functional impairments that commonly accompanies advanced age, correctional clients, Irreversible dementia such as Alzheimer's disease, developmental disabilities, emotionally disturbance or mental illness, Alcoholism, physically disabilities and diagnosis of terminal illness. Staff will always promote the highest degree of independence possible in the most least restrictive and non-intrusive environment.
