A place of peace focuses on healing, stabilization and independence while improving the quality of one’s life on an individual basis. 24/7 Supervision

Residents receive support, monitoring and oversight 24/7. There is a structured system ensuring your loved one is never left without care or access to help. Our compassionate team is available around the clock, providing constant support leaving you with a peace of mind.

Assistance with Daily Living Activities

ADL'S is one of the core services offered at our facility. These are basic everyday tasks adults need to live independently and maintain their well-being. When adults can no longer manage them on their own due to age, illness, disability, or recovery caregivers step in to provide support.

Common Activities of Daily Living (ADLs) include but are not limited too:

-Bathing & Personal Hygiene

• Helping clients shower, bathe, or wash up.

• Assisting with grooming: brushing hair, shaving, oral care, nail care.

-Dressing

• Helping choose appropriate clothing.

• Assisting with putting on and taking off clothes 

-Eating

• Preparing meals or feeding clients who cannot feed themselves.

• Ensuring special diets or restrictions are followed.

-Mobility & Transfers

• Helping clients move safely around the residence.

• Assisting with getting in/out of bed, chairs, or wheelchairs.

• Using transfer equipment not limited to gait belts or Hoyer lifts when needed.

-Toileting & Continence Care

• Assisting with using the bathroom.

• Changing incontinence products.

• Ensuring skin care and dignity are maintained.

-Medication Reminders 


Assistance with ADL’s Promotes residence independence while providing families with a peace of mind knowing their loved one is cared for.

Individualized Care Plan

Each resident is provided with an Individualized care plan within 30days after admission. Care plans outline each resident specific care needs, goals, and preferences to ensure the care received is personalized, consistent, and effective. 

Individualized Care Plans are vital for providing high-quality, personalized care that meets the specific needs and goals of each resident. It helps to ensure caregivers know exactly what to do and how to do it, while also tracking the residents progress and adapting as needed.

Laundry Assistance

All residents are provided with laundry assistance. This means helping clients keep their clothing and household fabrics clean and well-organized. This service promotes hygiene, comfort, and dignity while reducing physical strain and safety risks.

This service includes but is not limited too:

-Collecting and Sorting

• Gathering dirty clothes, bedding, and towels.

-Washing

• Loading and unloading washing machines.

• Using appropriate detergents and softeners (including hypoallergenic products if needed).

-Drying

• Ensuring items are dried properly to prevent mold or mildew.

-Folding and Putting Away

• Folding clothes, towels, and bedding neatly.

• Organizing items into drawers, closets, or linen storage.

-Changing Linens

• Stripping and replacing bed sheets, pillowcases, and blankets.

• Ensuring the client always has fresh, clean bedding.

-Special Laundry Needs

• Handling incontinence-related laundry discreetly and hygienically.

• Washing items that require extra care (wool, delicate fabrics, medical garments).

Medication Management

Our trained staff oversee medication management according to DHS 88.07. Staff will observe all residents during scheduled medication times. In the event a resident needs assistance with taking medication, this will be provided by staff to promote safety, health, and consistency—giving families peace of mind and residents dependable support.

Respite Care

Respite care is temporary, short-term relief for caregivers. Our respite care services give caregivers the chance to recharge, while ensuring their loved one receives safe, professional and compassionate care.

Nutritional Meals Provided

Residents will be served 3 nutritious meals and 2 snacks per day. Food allergies and special diet restrictions prescribed by a professional will be taken into consideration. (ex. diet prescribed by MD, physical and religious needs). Meals will be served in a family style setting encouraging both health and social connection.

Wheelchair Accessible

The facility complies with ADA accessibility standards, step-free entrances, wide doorways, accessible restrooms, and ramps for easy wheelchair access. Providing barrier-free access and parking.
